CRS has been working in CPG since we opened our doors almost 25 years ago. We have primarily worked with leading brands in the food, beverage, personal care, nutrition, laundry, and home goods categories.
We have tested brand image and equity, package designs and functionality, the product itself, and the price of hundreds of packed goods items. We have executed studies in this category using a wide variety of quantitative and qualitative methodologies including online, mobile, mall, In-Home Use Tests (IHUTs), in-store, central location testing (CLT), telephone, mail, and hybrid designs.
