CRS staff members gained valuable insights into the workings of the technology category with two senior staff members having managed the marketing research function at Texas Instruments.  Working with new technologies presents issues and nuances which require a very different research skill set and approach which we feel we possess.

We have primarily worked in electronic educational products, calculators, notebook computers, desktop computers, handheld electronic devices, mobile handsets, and automotive technologies.  We have executed studies in this category using a wide variety of methodologies including online, mall, central location, telephone, mail, and hybrid designs.
