CRS has been working with Telecommunications companies for nearly 25 years.  Staff members have worked even longer in the category going all the way back to the AT&T pre-divesture and post-divestiture RBOC era.  It has been an amazing history for us and telecommunications research.

We have primarily worked with consumers and B2B on landline, mobile, text, handset, and Yellow Pages (traditional and online) research.  We have executed studies in this category using a wide variety of methodologies including online, mall, central location, diary panel, telephone, mail, and hybrid designs.

Our Telecommunications specialty products have been developed to meet the specific needs of the category particularly related to new product development, innovation, and strategic research.   A brief description of each specialty product follows:
